Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Reservation Deposit
A $150.00 deposit secures your booking. An invoice is sent after booking confirmation.
Refundability
The deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 7 days before arrival. Processing can be instant or up to 7 days depending on the payment method and institution.
Non Refundable Window
If cancelled within 7 days of arrival, the $150.00 deposit is not refundable.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of arrival if paid with cash.
